The Book of the Pupils of the Eye is a short compendium of Aristotelian logic by Barhebraeus. The work is divided into seven sections corresponding to the books of the Organon from Porphyry’s Isagoge to the Sophistical Refutations. This facsimile edition reproduces a manuscript of the work copied by Ya‘qub b. Bu?rus Saka in 1896. The manuscript was purchased by Ayyub (later Patriarch Ignatius Ephrem) Bar?aum in 1904 who made corrections to the text on the basis of another manuscript. Table of Contents | |
