This volume contains the Syriac text of the work known as Pearls of the Christian Faith, written by Abd'Isho of Suba, the thirteenth century Metropolitan of Nisibis. This work is an attempt at a systematic theology in which Abd'Isho discusses various beliefs and practices of the Christian faith. The work begins with a discussion of God, and then proceeds to creation, Jesus, the sacraments, and other Christian practices. The text is presented in an Eastern Syriac script.
