Gorgias Neo-Aramaic Studies (ISSN 1935-4428):

The purpose of the Neo-Aramaic Studies series is to publish volumes relating to the modern dialects of Aramaic or the literature of the Christian and Jewish speakers of these dialects. The volumes will include linguistic studies relating to any of the dialects or to groups of dialects. These may be grammatical descriptions of dialects based on fieldwork or studies of a comparative historical nature. Also dictionaries of dialects or dialect groups would be welcome. The range of the series will include also linguistic studies relating to the various written forms of Neo-Aramaic that have been in existence since the 17th century. In addition to linguistic studies the series will publish studies relating to Neo-Aramaic literature, including both literature transmitted orally in the modern spoken dialects and also literature preserved in one of the written forms of the dialects. The series will include a sub-series titled Sketches of North Eastern Neo-Aramaic Dialects. This sub-series will consist of short monographs containing concise sketches of a number of dialects.
