This magisterial edition of the West Syriac liturgical cycle (Phanqitho), prepared by the industrious Dominicans at Mosul, contains, in seven volumes, the liturgy for the whole church year in Syriac. Volume one contains the general part of the liturgy, volumes two and three contain the parts for November to February of the church year, volumes four and five contain the spring (Lent and Easter), and volumes six and seven contain the summer. Each volume contains a table of contents at the end. This set belongs in every library for students of liturgy and of Syriac.
