One of the many books originally printed at the Dominican Press in Mosul, this short liturgical guidebook, compiled by order of Cyrillus Behnam Benni, Archbishop of Mosul and its surroundings, who also gives a short introduction, lists the proper Psalms to be read for the daily prayers throughout the year. The main text itself is in Arabic, but the Psalm numbers, and the first word of the Psalm is given in Syriac (Serto). In addition, the book concludes with the Beatitudes in Syriac.
