The Maronite Church is the sect of Eastern, Syriac-speaking Christianity that retained fellowship and communion with the Western tradition in the aftermath of the Chalcedonian division and retained communion with the Roman Catholic Church after the divsion of the Greek and Latin Churches. The Maronite Church practices the Latin rite and liturgy, though they have always done so in their native languages: Syriac and Arabic. The present volume is a collection of liturgical prayers for the various holidays of the Christian calendar translated from Latin into Garshuni.
